What this app does:
- Stores every venue's brochures and proposals in one place — so you stop hunting through inboxes.
- Reads the PDFs with Claude and pulls out packages, prices, inclusions, and contact info — you review the one or two fields it's unsure about, then approve.
- Lets the team quote a couple in 30 seconds — pick a venue, pick a package, adjust nights and add-ons, get the AUD total with live FX and the venue's standard markup.
Approved package data is the single source of truth the whole team reads — nothing goes live until someone here signs off.
